Mystery shoppers will visit to experience your store as your customers do. They will report on all aspects of the customer journey, in particular:
* The initial impact of the store - window displays, special offers
* How the staff interact with customers.
* What you do that goes beyond customer expectations
* How the services you provide delight the customers
