Doors and windows for the domestic client.

“Excellent customer service, together with high-quality products at competitive prices, whilst also being a market leader and keeping abreast of all the latest industry trends – and above all, listen and learn from our customers.”

How did you buy your doors and windows? What was important to you? What did you learn from the experience?
Would you recommend the people you bought from?

At the end of the day, this last question is what has made Dundrum based Composite Doors and windows, such a huge success.  They have come at it from disparate backgrounds, completely unrelated to the trade, maybe this has made them more like the buyer.  Maybe this is why they regard you and your doors and windows as their best salesman, working 24 hours a day to get them another customer.

Tony Mallon, co-owner, has a small, A5 envelope on his desk.  “A recent customer, a mature lady, rang us up and said that she couldn’t find door numbers to match her door.  Smokey Chrome, like a bronze. While she was still holding on the phone, I sourced them from Palladio. I was worried we would have to charge her to install them, but she had that covered, so I told her I would post them to her.  We could have made twenty euro, instead, she has said she will be telling more and more people that we are the best to deal with! Four-euro postage well spent I think.”  Maybe this is why they get so much referred business.

“Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness.”- Oscar Wilde

Since they started on this journey, they have noticed a number of companies springing up and trying to make the same noises, and that makes them happy.  They feel they have a great offer for anyone looking for doors and windows.  Their value is not just in the price, which they feel is the best value around.  But is also comes down to their attention to detail.

Drop into the showroom and see it, immaculate.  How is your place going to look when they are there? How will it look when they are finished?  Have a read of the Google Reviews, some of which are reproduced below.

Got the best value around. Ronan was so helpful in showroom. Installation was fantastic. The men were very respectful of the family and so clean. Really thought it was going to be a messy job but they did a fantastic job. So pleased

Don’t let the small showroom deceive you – there is plenty to see and Ronan was exceptionally helpful. He guided us through all the options available to us and was incredibly patient despite me changing my mind at least twice! The windows and fitters turned up when expected and did a great job. Really pleased with service from start to finish.

We just had Composite Doors and Windows complete a total replacement of all windows (triple glaze) and front door. Their work and attention to detail in finishing was nothing short of superb. The quality of both the product and workmanship left nothing wanting. I could not recommend them highly enough. I wish them every deserved success in their future business developments.

Composite Doors have proved to be the best decision we could have possibly made with regard to the installation of our new front door. Ronan and his team, apart from being professional and efficient are genuinely really nice people. The skill level of the installers went far beyond our expectations and the quality of the product is exceptional. If we could we would award them 10 stars.

Tony and Ronan bring a good bedside manner to their dealings.  They are well established and really do want you to be happy.  They realise there probably won’t be repeat business, how many front doors will you have?  Maybe you would bring them with you to the next house?  Maybe you will get the windows done? Word of Mouth referrals are how they get business, your referral.  And that comes with great after-sales service following an excellent measuring and fitting service. And if you are unhappy, they promise they didn’t try to let you down, but they will fix it! They want you to feel how well you were looked after.

Why not go and see them yourself? Walk-in, have a look. You really should see the colours in natural light.  Maybe you want to match a unique colour? Whether it is wheelchair accessibility or security concerns (a simple door latch isn’t enough, how about a ten-point lock?).  How about seeing the doors in situ? You can see their installations on Facebook, in the shop, or just have a look around when you are outside the showroom, the neighbours seem to like them!

Open and honest, gimmick-free, made in Ireland, they bring value, customer service and attention to detail that is second to none.
