Judging Criteria
The judging panel will be looking for:

- Clear alignment between leadership, values, and staff feedback
- Measurable results that demonstrate the success of your internal culture and people strategy
Eligibility to enter:
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be based in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown
- Have been in operation for at least 12 months
- Be an SME or a large organisation (including multinationals)
