The panel will be looking for:

• Evidence of positive reviews, return customers, or word-of-mouth reputation 

• Staff culture that emphasises hospitality and care 

Eligibility 

To be eligible, applicants must: 

• Be based in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown 

• Have been trading for at least 12 months 

• Operate in a hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or customer-facing service business
