The Inclusive Employer of the Year Award celebrates organisations that place people at the centre of their success.

This award recognises employers who foster inclusive workplaces where employees feel respected, valued and supported to reach their full potential. Judges will be looking for organisations that actively promote equality, diversity, accessibility, wellbeing and positive workplace culture.

Businesses of every size and sector are encouraged to enter.

Eligibility to enter:

To be eligible, a business must:

  • Have a primary business location in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown.
  • Be actively trading for at least 12 months.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion.
  • Be able to provide evidence supporting the application.

Special Considerations

Applications are welcomed from organisations of every size and sector.

Judges recognise that inclusion may be demonstrated through accessibility, flexible working, staff wellbeing, employee development, inclusive leadership or initiatives supporting underrepresented groups.
