Business Criteria

1. Tell us what your business does. For example – the sector in which you operate, the products and services you provide. *

2. What are the key growth areas of the business and how have these been identified? *

3. What management processes are in place to ensure the smooth running of the business? *

4. Tell us what makes your business unique and innovative? What does your business do to make you stand out from the competition? *

5. What plans are in place to ensure that the current success of the business is sustained? What activities are planned to grow the business? For example -Marketing/ Sales campaigns, customer contact, new products etc *

6. Tell us about your sales & marketing activities, both online and offline, that demonstrate business performance presence, awareness, sales leads, conversions, engagement and growth. Please provide details of how you measure your success. *
