Potential Achieved was established by Kate T Lawler, an experienced Senior Consultant, Coach, Project Manager and Business Change Consultant with over 20 years of international experience in both the public and private sector. Having led several high-profile projects in the US, including managing change through restructuring of an organisation of 2,000 employees, her areas of expertise include strategic business development, coaching and mentoring for executives, mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution and managing for effective performance.
