HR4SMES have prepared a toolkit to assist with the immediate requirements of returning employees to the workplace. As the situation evolves there will be further communications and documents, for now this is a toolkit to get you started.
It includes:
· Summarised guidelines of the Governments Return to Work Safely Protocol
· Covid-19 Return to Work Form (to be issued at least 3 days in advance of employee returning)
· Covid-19 Business Response Plan (which can be used as part of your induction training)
