Dún Laoghaire Rathdown Chamber are recruiting for an Office Manager to join the team on a part time/permanent basis.

Working closely with the CEO to support the Chamber’s mission to being the voice of the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown business community, you will be responsible for the support function across events, membership, social media, sales, marketing, communication, finance and administration.

The position is office based at Marine Road, in Dún Laoghaire, accessible by public transport

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative and office tasks among office staff
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
  • Business & Social Events management, administration and support
  • Promotion of events on social media channels
  • Review and update business website
  • Post event communication and analysis
  • Research new business start ups
  • New membership support
  • Payroll administration
  • Invoicing and credit management
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Management of CRM database
  • Co-ordinate diaries, schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Manage service providers
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Education and Experience
